Double-murder suspect enters not guilty plea
A 50-year-old man suspected of shooting and killing his brother and sister-in-law in their Mesa home in May entered a plea of not guilty in court yesterday, a month after a preliminary hearing revealed enough evidence to put him on trial in the double homicide case.
